Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

International Orders
We welcome international customers, including those based in the United States. However, all international buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred as a result of the shipment entering their country. These costs are not included in the product or shipping prices shown on our website.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the sale of goods by CP3Design ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Products
All of our products are 3D printed and made to order. While we strive for consistency and quality, minor variations in finish may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process.  Our products are continually developed and improved therefore the product you receive may vary slightly.

4. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
We accept payments via PayPal, a secure third-party payment provider. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.
All payments must be received in full before an order will be processed.

5. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Delivery

7. International Customers
Customers outside the UK are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

8. Cancellations and Returns
As our products are made to order, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns are dealt with in line with the distance selling rules of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising out of your use of our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.

All designs, product descriptions, images, and content are the property of CP3Design and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on location and service level selected.

2. Processing Time
All items are 3D printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

UK Orders: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 business days

USA & Rest of World: 7–14 business days

4. Tracking
Tracked shipping is available at checkout. We recommend tracked options for international orders.

5. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Lost or Delayed Items
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they have been dispatched. If your item does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will help where possible, including providing proof of postage and support with Royal Mail claims.

7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
